Returns & Exchanges Policy (UK)
At Ayuné, each piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully prepared. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Exchanges Only
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
However, we are happy to offer exchanges, subject to availability and the conditions below.
Exchange Eligibility
An item may be exchanged if:

The request is made within 7 days of delivery

The item is unworn, unused, and in original condition

All original tags and packaging are intact

The item shows no signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration
Stock Availability

All exchanges are subject to stock availability

If the requested item or size is not available, we will be unable to offer an exchange

In such cases, no refund or store credit will be issued
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be exchanged:

Custom, personalised, or altered pieces
Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Ayuné does not cover return or re-delivery shipping fees

We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost returns
Faulty or Incorrect Items (Statutory Rights)
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a remedy if your item is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.
Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or exchange where possible, in line with UK consumer law.
